Inside Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

  • We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Canada.
  • We are a value added reseller (VAR) for QlikTech (Qlik), a leading global provider of Data Analytics software solutions.
  • As a key member of the sales team, you will drive sales of our Qlik Data Analytics solutions to new prospects and existing customers in Western Canada.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                   

  • The candidate's primary role will be to introduce, promote and sell software and training products produced by our partner Qlik to prospects and customers in Western Canada
  • The role will include representation of additional offerings from other partners and GINQO authored solutions
  • Provide lead generation to expand the presence of our organization to new customers within a sales territory
  • Manage communication with customers and document activities and plans within our CRM and supporting systems
  • Provide clear, timely accurate forecasts for new business and communicate them to the team
  • Partner with customers for mutual success in their adoption of Qlik Data Analytics solutions
  • Design, built and deliver effective sales presentations to prospects and customers
  • Develop, communicate and deliver account plans for identified organizations
  • Develop and deliver high level product demonstrations to customers
  • Engage the pre-sales technical group as appropriate to deliver detailed demonstrations
  • Manage the offering, design and delivery of proofs of concept to establish the value of the Qlik Data Analytics to prospective buyers
  • Skillful preparation and passionate delivery of onsite and web-based product demonstrations tailored to customers’ business processes and requirements
  • Preparation of sales assets including one pagers, proposals and formal RFP responses
  • Frequent communications with customer business leaders to ensure the appropriate fit of our Data Analytics solution in the customer environment.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross selling and up-selling of licenses, maintenance, training and services
  • Complete understanding of the products in the Qlik Data Analytics Platform as well as Add-on products

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS                                    

  • A self-starter - Energized to provide compelling solutions to our prospects and customers and excited to engage and deliver them.
  • Experience and focus in providing a customer partnership focused approach to selling for long term mutual success
  • Solution Selling skills focusing on demonstrating the value of Qlik Data Analytics software and GINQO Solutions to prospective clients
  • Demonstrated creativity related to finding the most effective way to combine the customer need with an appropriate solution
  • Understanding and validating a prospect or client’s core needs while demonstrating value on how to address these issues
  • Demonstrated experience working with the executive level customers and all personality types and assisting them to move forward with decisions
  • Prior experience in similar roles with both On-Premise and/or SaaS application providers will be preferred.
  • Technical expertise sufficient to communicate about business applications and the key role of data in an organization
  • Active listener and clear communicator; persuasive and articulate to apply the solution to the customer or prospect’s unique needs
  • Ability to think independently and analytically is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
